This is an original, rolled, one-sheet poster from 1992 for The Lover starring Jane March, Tony Leung Ka Fai, Frederique Meininger, Arnaud Giovaninetti, Melvil Poupaud, and Lisa Faulkner. Jean-Jacques Annaud directed the film based on the novel by Marguerite Duras.
The black and white-style, double-sided poster measures 26.75” x 40.75” (it has not been trimmed) and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear from handling. It has never been folded.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares and black circles in the corners and edges of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1992 to promote the theatrical release of The Lover, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
