This is an original, linen-backed, three-sheet theatrical movie poster from 1958 for The Bridge on the River Kwai starring William Holden, Alec Guinness, Jack Hawkins, and Sessue Hayakawa. David Lean directed the classic World War II film.
The poster measures 41" x 81" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to linen-backing with some minor fold wear. Fold lines are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos as this is the exact poster you are buying. The black squares and circles around the edges of the poster are magnets and not pins.
