This is an original, rolled, one-sheet movie poster from 1989 for The Abyss starring Ed Harris, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Michael Biehn and Leo Burmester. James Cameron directed the film.
The poster measures 27” x 41” and is in very good condition with some areas of minor edge wear mostly on the bottom right edge. There is a tiny, diagonal crease on the lower-left corner. It has never been folded.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The white bars at the top and bottom of the poster are normal and reflect the poster being printed in the older, 41" length that was being transitioned out at the time. This size is far more rare than the 40" version of the poster.
